All purchases of the Sapphire Prism line of devices made exclusively through our official website (wakse.com) come with free shipping and a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of receipt. This guarantee is not valid for purchases made through any third-party website or retailer.

If, within 14 days of receiving your Sapphire Prism device, you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it (in its original packaging) for an exchange of equal value or a full refundreturn shipping is on us.
